INTRODUCTION
JIYES
LEARNING INSTITUTE has been constituted as a not for profit organization as
such licensed and registered u/s 8(1) of the Companies Act, 2013. The founder
of the Institute has set to contribute his lifetime savings in the Institute to
provide immediate and definite interventions to improve the lives of
disadvantaged and marginalized youth, especially who are excluded by the formal
school education system through appropriate vocational training programmes.
JIYES
Learning Institute is established with the expressed objective to prepare pools
of competent, productive and professional employable workforce with team
building & leadership qualities by imparting transforming behavioral skills
and postgraduate diplomas and distinctions. Education & training
of the behavioral skills will be to
develop emotional intelligence for the
abilities of critical thinking ,problem solving , persistence, creativity ,self
control and social skills etc to set meaningful, challenging ,measurable
objectives/targets . Emotional intelligence emerged as a significant predictor
of life satisfaction and happiness.
Special emphasis is being given on the Millenials
including dropouts with larger engagement opportunities with all stakeholders
like Governments, Educational Institutes, Industries and all other
establishments to prepare highest number of productive,
competent & employable workforce for the purpose of full benefit of our demographic dividend. At JIYES
Learning Institute full ecosystem to incubate the start ups is also provided to
maximize the employability and that the employed are so high to make the
Institute proud.
